You will learn to cope with challenges in a more positive way, bringing joy and motivation into your life.

Trauma & PTSD Treatment
Trauma and PTSD treatment for first responders and veterans can be difficult to talk about. But it is essential to get help to overcome your symptoms. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to work through your trauma. I use a variety of proven techniques to help you heal by understanding your symptoms and working with you to develop healthy coping skills that actually work. I will also help you to connect with other community resources if you would like additional help.

Online Sessions Available
Telehealth involves us working together via your computer, laptop or cell phone. Our session takes place via a secured portal from the convenience of your own home, work site or any location that affords you privacy. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to work towards making positive changes in your life. We will meet weekly for a 45-50 minute session and will reduce the sessions as you start to experience relief from your symptoms.
